How to order
Add your list to a request on the site or send it on WhatsApp. We report progress on WhatsApp at each stage: bought, checked, shipped.
- List: model or part number, version, colour, quantity, delivery city.
- Quote: price of the goods, delivery cost and timing.
- Payment and purchase from the supplier.
- Batch inspection: photos, serial numbers, IMEI.
- Dispatch and handover of the cargo in Kazakhstan.
Order size and payment
There is no fixed minimum. The unit price depends on volume. We price your list at the exchange rate on the day of purchase.
Suppliers in Dubai, Hong Kong and China work on prepayment, so we buy once you have paid. Full or partial prepayment is agreed for each order.
Pre-dispatch inspection
You get the batch report before dispatch. Nothing ships until you approve it.
- Quantities, models, colours and versions checked against your list.
- Part numbers and region from the box label.
- Serial numbers and IMEI where present.
- Packaging and shrink wrap intact.
- By agreement, sample units are switched on.
Bulk buying by origin
- Dubai: iPhone and other Apple devices, Samsung, Dyson, consoles.
- Hong Kong: electronics, components, cameras, DJI.
- China: factory goods, 1688 purchases, equipment.
Transit times by route
From Dubai: express and air take 3–5 days to Almaty, sea plus road 25–40 days, in 20ft and 40ft containers. From Hong Kong: express 3–5 days, air 5–7. From China: air 3–7 days, road 10–18, rail 18–30.
