Order by part number

A single MacBook model comes in dozens of configurations: chip, memory, SSD, colour. On gaming laptops the graphics card and display matter too. Put the part number or full configuration in the request, or a lower spec may end up in the batch.

We check the part number on every box. By agreement, we open one or two units from the batch and confirm the configuration in the system settings.

Power adapter

Laptop power adapters are rated 100⁠–⁠240 V. Models from the UAE and Hong Kong have a type G plug.

Weight and shipping

Air freight is charged on actual or volumetric weight (m³ × 167), whichever is higher. Dubai to Almaty takes 3⁠–⁠5 days, air from Hong Kong 5⁠–⁠7 days, air from China 3⁠–⁠7 days. Batches over 100 kg from China travel by road in 10⁠–⁠18 days. Laptops go in reinforced boxes or wooden crates.

Do you supply gaming laptops?

Yes: ASUS ROG, Lenovo Legion and MSI. Most of the price comes from the graphics card and display, so we need the exact configuration.

Can one office order mix different models?

Yes. Send a table with part number or configuration and quantity for each, and we price it in a single quote.

How long does a MacBook from Dubai take?

Purchase timing depends on supplier stock; the quote gives the date. Transit to Almaty is 3⁠–⁠5 days.
