Cargo is collected from the supplier or received by a consolidator, then weighed, measured and booked on an air waybill. It flies to Almaty on the next suitable flight and is taken from the airport to the recipient.

Batteries, liquids and other restrictions
Lithium batteries travel under IATA rules. Devices with built-in batteries fly in factory packaging with an MSDS and a UN38.3 report. Loose batteries and power banks count as dangerous goods, and not every flight takes them.
