Modes and weight
- Express: from 1 kg, door to door. For documents, samples and single devices.
- Air: from 10 kg. For batches of electronics and spare parts.
- Road and rail from China: from 100 kg, as groupage, a full truck or a full wagon.
- Sea + road and containers from Dubai: for equipment, furniture, tyres and building materials.
How the price is calculated: weight and volume
Carriers bill whichever is greater: actual or volumetric weight. For air, volumetric weight is the volume in m³ × 167; for express, × 200. On road and rail, cargo lighter than 200 kg/m³ is priced per cubic metre.
Example: a 60×40×40 cm box is 0.096 m³. By air it is billed as 16 kg and by express as 19 kg, even if the contents weigh 8 kg.

What is the fastest way to ship to Kazakhstan?
From Dubai, express and air both take 3–5 days to Almaty; express from Hong Kong also takes 3–5. Air from China takes 3–7 days.
What is the cheapest mode?
From China, rail (18–30 days). From Dubai, sea plus road or a container (25–40 days). The quote depends on weight and volume.
Do you own aircraft or trucks?
No. We book space with airlines and carriers, issue the transport documents and tell you where the cargo is.
Do you deliver to Astana, Shymkent and other cities?
Yes, to the door. Astana and Shymkent have the same transit times as Almaty. For other cities, the time and cost are in the quote.
Can I ship electronics with batteries?
Yes. Devices with built-in batteries ship under lithium battery rules. Loose batteries and power banks are not accepted on every flight; we confirm this before dispatch.
