Dyson is counterfeited more than any other home appliance brand. We buy from suppliers we have worked with on past orders. In every batch we match the serial on the unit and the box, and check the attachment set and packaging. You get photos and the serial list before dispatch.

Voltage, plugs, versions

The UAE and Hong Kong use 220⁠–⁠240 V mains and type G plugs. US versions are rated 110⁠–⁠120 V, and we do not buy them for Kazakhstan.

  • Airwrap and Supersonic: the attachment set depends on the edition; we check it by part number.
  • Roborock, Dreame, Xiaomi: Chinese versions connect through the app's China server. We buy Global.
  • Coffee machines and kitchen appliances: matched by part number and the voltage on the rating plate.

Will a Dyson from Dubai work in Kazakhstan?

The voltage is the same, 220⁠–⁠240 V. The plug is the British type G.

What is the difference between Airwrap editions?

The attachments and the case: each edition is designed for a different hair type. The quote lists what is in the box.

Do you supply robot vacuums from China?

Yes: Roborock, Dreame, Xiaomi. Global versions by default, Chinese ones only on request.

How are vacuums shipped?

The boxes are light but bulky, so air freight is charged by volume: m³ × 167. From Dubai it takes 3⁠–⁠5 days, from China by road 10⁠–⁠18 days. Large appliances can travel with other cargo.
