Many sellers on 1688 and Alibaba are middlemen posing as factories. Before ordering we tell the actual manufacturers apart from resellers and compare terms. We send you the findings.

The sample is the benchmark
Samples come by air in 3–7 days. The approved sample becomes the benchmark: once production is finished, we compare the batch with it by photos, dimensions, labelling and packaging. Any differences are resolved with the factory before dispatch. Light cargo, under 200 kg/m³, is charged per cubic metre by road and rail.

Can I buy on 1688 without speaking Chinese?
Yes. Send links or photos; we deal with the sellers, make the purchases and consolidate everything into one shipment.
Can one order cover several sellers?
Yes. We buy from different sellers and factories and put the goods into one shipment to Kazakhstan.
What minimum order do factories require?
The factory sets the MOQ, and it varies by product. It can often be negotiated down.
What does the purchasing service cost?
We quote the service and delivery cost after reviewing the job; it depends on volume and the number of suppliers.
