How a bulk order works
- You send a list: model, storage, colour, version, quantity, city.
- We reply with a quote: unit price, delivery, timing.
- Once you pay, we buy the batch from the supplier.
- We inspect the batch, send a report and ship once you approve.
Batch inspection
The report comes before dispatch, and nothing ships without your approval.
- Quantities, models, colours and versions against your list.
- Part numbers and region from the box label.
- Serial numbers and IMEIs.
- Packaging and wrap intact.
Delivery from Dubai
Express and air take 3–5 days to Almaty, air from 10 kg. Heavy shipments and containers go by sea and road in 25–40 days. Cargo for Astana, Shymkent and other cities is taken on to the door, and the time for that leg is included in the quote.
