What we check
We agree the scope in advance. The standard set for electronics:
- package and unit counts against the invoice
- model, colour, storage and regional version
- serial numbers and IMEIs from box labels
- intact shrink wrap, seals and packaging
- external damage and signs of tampering
Boxes opened only with consent
A sealed iPhone or PlayStation box is worth more than an opened one, so by default we inspect from the outside: labels, wrap and weight. We open boxes only with your written consent in chat, for example to power on a device, check contents or compare the IMEI in settings.
What the report looks like
Photos of each item and of the whole batch, a short packing video and a table of model, quantity and serial number or IMEI. If something does not match, we tell you before dispatch and you decide: replace it with the seller, return it or ship as is.
Phones and versions
For phones we check the version: a physical SIM tray or eSIM only. Shipments from several suppliers are checked against one list.

Do you open boxes during inspection?
Only with your consent. By default we check from the outside: labels, serial numbers, IMEI and wrap.
Can IMEIs be checked before dispatch?
Yes, we match box IMEIs against your list and send a table. Checking in phone settings is done only if you agree to opening.
What if the goods do not match the order?
We tell you before dispatch with photos, and you decide whether to replace, return or ship.
Do you inspect goods other than electronics?
Yes: counts, labelling, packaging and appearance for any shipment. We agree the scope in advance.
How much does inspection cost?
It depends on the number of items and the scope. A manager quotes it together with delivery.
