Open-fit, in-ear and over-ear
All three use the H2 chip and have Active Noise Cancellation. They differ in fit, battery life and case:
- AirPods 5: open-fit, no ear tips, up to 5 hours with ANC, IP57. Two SKUs: with a USB-C case or with a Wireless Charging Case.
- AirPods Pro 3: in-ear, up to 8 hours with ANC and 24 with the case, heart-rate sensor, IP57. The MagSafe case charges via MagSafe, Qi or USB-C.
- AirPods Max 2: over-ear, 386 g, up to 20 hours with ANC, lossless audio over USB-C, five colours.
Serial number and region code
The AirPods serial number is printed on the box next to the barcode, on the underside of the case lid (on AirPods Max, under the left ear cushion) and shows in the Bluetooth settings of a paired iPhone. Before dispatch we record the numbers from the boxes and send you a table. Boxes are opened only with your consent.
AirPods have their own region codes: AirPods Pro 3 is MFHP4ZE/A on Apple’s UAE store and MFHP4ZP/A in Hong Kong.
